Bräu am Berg is a traditional Austrian beer whose history dates back to the early 17th century.

The original brewery in Frankenmarkt was first mentioned in 1626 and has undergone many changes over the years - however, the highest brewing art, in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, has remained unchanged since its inception, guaranteeing absolute drinking pleasure alongside consistent quality .

After two awards in 2016 and 2020, Bräu am Berg decided in 2022 to set an example for Austrian brewing art with the seal of "Austrian Private Breweries - 100% Independent" .
