Our 150g sheep's milk cheese, affectionately called "Schäferle" by us, is a semi-hard cheese made from 100% pure sheep's milk – hand-cured, traditionally produced, and finished with a natural, rustic rind. During its six-month maturation period, the cheese develops a delicately spicy flavor typical of good sheep's milk products: smooth, aromatic, and slightly nutty.

Its firm texture makes it ideal for snack platters, salads, or simply enjoyed on its own. Thanks to its high-quality production without silage, you can taste the quality in every bite. The cheese is full-bodied but not overly strong—perfect for cheese lovers seeking something special.
