Organic Camembert Pistachio 180g

Our Organic Camembert Pistachio 180g is a handmade soft cheese made from 100% Tyrolean organic hay milk, refined with fine organic pistachio pieces. The cheese base is creamy and mild, with a pleasant mushroom note and a gentle milk aroma. As it matures, it becomes more flavorful and develops a velvety, smooth texture – ideal for lovers of fine, but not overripe, white mold cheese.

After a maturation period of at least 14 days, the cheese is both visually and tastefully appealing. The delicate pistachios in the cheese base add a nutty accent that blends perfectly with the mild base flavor. Free from genetic engineering, from animal-friendly farming practices, and produced by hand, this Camembert is a true work of Tyrolean cheesemaking.

Tip: Remove from the refrigerator about an hour before serving. Pairs perfectly with pears, sweet mustard, and a glass of white wine.
