Our 180g Alpine Blossom Cheese with a Blossom Crust is a true alpine delicacy for anyone who appreciates mildly spicy cheese with a delicate floral note. Made from 100% mountain farmer's hay milk, this semi-hard cheese comes from traditional alpine pasture farming – where cows graze on lush mountain meadows and feast on aromatic alpine herbs and blossoms.

The cheese matures for at least four months, which gives it its creamy consistency and delicately balanced flavor. Its special feature is the edible, floral crust made from dried alpine flowers, which gives it not only a fragrant aroma but also a beautiful appearance.
