Our 330g pork loin bacon comes from the finest Austrian pork loin and impresses with its mild, harmonious flavor and finely balanced smoky aroma. The bacon is traditionally smoked over beechwood and then matured for around three months in a smokehouse – as is customary in the Alpine region.

The tender texture, fine marbling, and subtle seasoning make this bacon a true delight—whether served with a snack, for breakfast, or in thin slices on crusty farmhouse bread. The pork loin bacon is gluten- and lactose-free and produced without artificial flavors—a genuine, natural product that impresses with its quality.
