Our Organic Camembert Natural 180g is an honestly produced soft cheese in its purest form – made from 100% thermized organic hay milk from Tyrolean cows, lovingly processed by hand, and matured for at least 14 days. Its mildly aromatic profile, delicate mushroom notes, and delicately creamy interior make it the ideal companion for connoisseurs of classic white mold culture.

This Camembert, made without any added flavors or ingredients, demonstrates how versatile and flavorful a natural cheese can be. As it matures, it becomes more flavorful and develops a velvety texture—perfect for a cheeseboard, as a garnish, or on its own with bread.

Tip: Remove from the refrigerator one hour before serving to allow it to develop its full aroma. Pairs perfectly with pear, sweet mustard, and a glass of Chardonnay.
