Our meat strudel is based on a traditional farmer's recipe and boasts a particularly flavorful filling of tender beef and pork, seasoned with fine spices, and wrapped in delicate strudel dough. The result: a hearty, authentic Austrian classic that's perfect as a soup garnish or as a warm main course.

The strudel is pre-cooked and can easily be heated briefly in the oven at 180°C for a crispy exterior and wonderfully moist interior. It tastes especially good in a hearty beef broth or served with a yogurt and crème fraîche sauce, refined with fresh chives.

Tip: Cut into slices, fry briefly and serve with potato and lamb's lettuce – perfect as a hearty lunch dish!
